The
IIS Inspection Organisation during manufacturing
of industrial products undertakes stage-by-stage and
final inspection as well as - if desired - quality control
and inspection of raw materials and (sub) supplies.
The object of inspection is to ensure conformity of
the
product to specifications laid down by the contract.
This will be ensured by continuous control of:

Material
Quality, measurements, weight and, if necessary,
number of pieces before, during and
after manufacturing process, and:
- The
manufacturing process itself by stipulating -
among
others - the following procedures:
- Ultrasonic
and x-ray investigations, Pressure and leaks tests,
Overspeed and vibration control tests,
Measurements of efficiency and power comsumption,
Running tests
